An experienced marketing strategist with deep technology sector expertise and extensive Middle East experience. Peter spent 4 years based in Doha, Qatar, covering 8 MENA countries including Kuwait, Oman, Palestine, Algeria, Tunisia, Iraq, and Jordan.
His on-the-ground presence across the Gulf and North Africa has built a powerful network of relationships with investors, funds, and family offices throughout the region. Peter bridges Middle East capital with Singapore’s world-class financial infrastructure.

One of Singapore’s most prominent lawyers, Desmond has advised on some of the nation’s most high-profile financial cases. His client roster spans governments, statutory boards, listed companies, REITs, and multinational corporations.
Notable engagements include advising on the collapse of Barings Bank (Nick Leeson), the China Aviation Oil trading losses, Airocean corruption proceedings, and the City Harvest Church case. His firsthand experience inside the financial and telecom institutions that Gulf investors trust gives him a unique dual perspective. He understands how Middle Eastern business operates from the inside, and combines this with Singapore market expertise to craft communications that truly resonate.
